What's going on for you

Do you find yourself feeling unhappy, frustrated or stuck? Do you wake up in the morning and wish things were different, or do you lay in bed at night wondering if it will ever get better?

There are so many possible reasons behind these feelings. Maybe you're struggling to cope with stress at work, or an important relationship has broken down. Perhaps your self-confidence has been holding you back, or you'd like to improve your mental or physical wellbeing.

Our modern world is unlike anything that has come before. Whilst these developments have changed culture and society for the better, they also bring their own set of challenges. I'm talking endless comparison on social media, an overflowing email inbox and unachievably flawless celebrities. It’s not uncommon to find that things in your life become out of balance, in fact, it happens to everyone! As human beings, we naturally resist change because it brings uncertainty with it. Since my coaching sessions with Hannah began, I am more positive and proactive, and I have more clarity on how and why I am in the situation I’m in. I feel like there are different paths available to me, and the obstacles in my way do not define me as much as they once did. I've learnt a lot about myself, as well as ways to cope and ways to move forward with my goals and ambitions.
